Academic Counsellors	1. Sales Development Identify potential candidates from relevant data and counsel them to enroll in suitable programs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed enrollment targets. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and students' needs. 2. Product Knowledge Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, educational standards, and competitor offerings. 3. Sales Reporting and Analysis Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management. 4. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the content development team to share client feedback and recommend improvements. 5. Training and Development Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new products and sales techniques. Share best practices and insights with colleagues to improve overall team performance.	Kolkata
Academic Research Assistant	Advise and guide doctoral students throughout their research journey. Evaluate academic work and provide constructive feedback. Provide academic support Participate in doctoral defence sessions Engage in continuous self-upgradation and professional development. Collaborate with teams and contribute to the development of academic content. Create research-based content for the Global Excellence Digest. Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
