OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Early Childhood Education

To enroll in the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Early Childhood Education, learners must meet specific entry requirements. These include holding a relevant Level 4 qualification, GCE Advanced Level in three subjects, or an equivalent qualification. Mature learners aged 21 or older with relevant management experience may also qualify, though they should confirm their experience with the delivery center before registering. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the start of the course and demonstrate proficiency in English. • Safeguarding; Child Protection and Keeping Children Safe (20 credits)
• Emerging Literacies in the Early Years and Digital Resources (20 credits)
• Understanding Transitions in Early Childhood (20 credits)

The course fee for the program is only 1000 USD | 750 GBP | 80,000 INR | 36880 THB only. Payment can be Bank Transfer/Online Debit or Credit Card.

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from OTHM Qualifications UK, which is regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).

This certificate serves as recognition of your achievement and signifies that you have met the standards set by OTHM for the respective qualification.

Please find below the detailed steps to be followed as a part of the admission process.

1. Fill up the online application form with all the relevant details
2. Provide correct email id and phone number as all the communication will be forwarded there
3. Once the application form is submitted, you will receive the course details via email and phone call from ACT’s admission executives
4. The course fee payment details will be mailed to you once you confirm your enrolment; where the course fee can be paid through any online payment method, or by using Debit/Credit Card or by depositing Cash to our bank account
5. After the payment is credited you will receive the payment confirmation with an online admission form which you need to fill up and submit to get online access to the program

After completing the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Early Childhood Education, learners can explore various roles in early years and educational settings, including Early Years Educator, Preschool Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Childcare Practitioner, Family Support Worker, Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assistant, Play Therapist Assistant, and Early Years Coordinator. The qualification also provides a pathway for further studies, potentially leading to advanced roles such as Early Childhood Consultant or Educational Program Designer.

All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. The qualifications are criterion-referenced, based on achieving all the specified learning outcomes.

To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria. The Assessor judges that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria.
