Fundamentals Of The Decision Tree And The Impact On Comprehensive Courses

Teaching, as we know, is a complex process and requires a certain level of expertise to be effective enough for both the students and the teachers. For that, the need of a full-proof decision making system is an earnest requirement. The fundamentals of decision tree play a huge role in this respect so that the training system can be run smoothly enough and the desired results can be achieved.

The fundamentals of a decision tree can be categorised in Function, Value and Techniques. 1. Function

a) Decision Making: This is an ingredient which is required for the successful understanding and conducting of a particular procedure. Proper analysis helps eradicate the vices faced by the learners and gives them an idea about the most feasible way to derive as well as apply the results.

The practice to visualise and anticipate the outcome of a process, essentially if it is related to teaching, is a good way to understand the value that a learner can get from it. Unless the potential value is understood, it is recommended that the learners should not indulge in the process or course in this regard. This is where the determination of value comes into the play.

a) Decision Modelling: Each and every decision follows a particular way of execution which can also be termed as a model. Making a particular model for a particular process is essential for its proper execution and for deriving the best possible result out of the course in due time.

b) Rules: Following prescribed rules for the efficient execution of a particular process is another essential technique included in the decision tree. They bring a certain amount of discipline and ensure the smooth running of the process in the pre-defined course.

The aforementioned points are descriptive of the fact that how essential is the existence of a particular decision tree in a process, especially if it is an educational one. The fundamentals of a decision tree are very much essential for any organised process to be run smoothly, whether it is an offline or in-class program or a comprehensive one like the online international teaching diploma program.
