Reticence is one of the common problems that the learners pursuing any comprehensive course might have to face in the class and the learners of certificate in Montessori teacher training course are no different to that. It is important for them to get rid of the problems they face due to this reticence, which might be a detriment to the successful completion of the course curriculum within the stipulated time. What is Reticence?

Reticence is a common problem faced by an individual that affects his/her capability to freely communicate, express or behave with the others in a particular place of gathering, like a workplace or a class. How to eradicate reticence from a classroom

The prime job of an educator is to communicate properly with his/her students in the class. A future educator, who is set to handle the grievances and shenanigans of the learners in the classroom, especially while in a Montessori class, should be well equipped with a prim and proper communicative approach. It is very important for the educator to guide the learners properly towards the successful completion of the course curriculum and for that it is necessary to have the right kind of communicative approach.

2. Class activities

It is important for the Montessori educator to make the classroom a fun experience for the little children and the various types of class activities can come very handy for them in this respect. A future educator, who is set to become a Montessori educator, must know these techniques well and also the right place to implement them so as to eradicate reticence from the class and build an atmosphere conducive for the development of the teaching-learning procedure.

3. Mutual discussion

The students and teachers should understand that the eradication of reticence is a mutual responsibility for both the parties, especially in the case of courses that are time bound and where the room for errors is negligible. Mutual discussions can be a very good way to eradicate reticence from the class and for the development of a better classroom atmosphere for the successful completion of the course curriculum.
