5 Creative Techniques That Leave a Long Lasting Impact On Training Process

Creativity is how a person is able to understand and trade on new avenues so as to get feasible solutions to problems that hinder the smooth flow of a particular process. Training is one such process which is a complex one and often becomes monotonous, which is very natural as it follows a prescribed routine for a very long time. However, a hearty dose of creativity can always make the training processes a little offbeat and interesting for the learners including complex professional courses like the post graduate diploma in pre and primary teachers training.

In the following lines, we discuss about 5 creative techniques that impact the training process.

1. Brainstorming

The most common and well circulated creative technique used by most of the people is brainstorming. It is a very effective technique to understand and trade into new grounds for pertaining an effective and improved training procedure and get maximum output from the learners.

2. Creative Intuition

The understanding between a teacher and a learner is the most important part of any training process. This is instigated furthermore by the creative intuition of both the parties to co-ordinate and makes the learning experience a better and a newer way to understand each other’s perspective and act accordingly. However, as intuition is more of a telepathic type of communication rather than a direct one, it might fail at times if the medium or the concerned persons are not equally involved in the procedure.

3. Imagination

It might sound like a little off the grid for many but the use of imaginative prowess is highly useful in finding newer ways to effective training and communication. Without imagination, it is not possible to understand situations that might be impactful for the enhancement of the learning process and for the holistic development of the communication process between the teacher and the learners.

4. Improvisation

Improvisation is the next step to imagination or creative intuition, which puts the derived ideas into action and sees the results. The benefit of improvisation is that it helps in understanding the results and checks the feasibility of the derived ways, which are different from the conventional ways of learning, making it an experience which is off-the-beaten-path in most cases.

5. Thought Experiment

Training is a complex procedure which involves the thought process of one or more persons involved in a particular job role so as to make it easier for them. It is, however, important for all the persons to have a thought process that is in sync with each other so that the chances of its failure can be minimised.

Creative techniques are, however, not devoid of errors and that might be a pain for the people who are more accustomed to use the conventional route to teaching and learning. However, with the right choice of the activities like the ones mentioned above, the risk of failure can be minimised so as to understand and give the process flow a smooth and unhindered, including the post graduate diploma in pre and primary teachers training.
